The project

The house was taken back to its structure and rebuilt over more than a year. We added a new floor at roof level, reworked the layout into an open-plan kitchen and living space, and ran a floating oak staircase up through the house.

Every room was finished from scratch: new wiring and plumbing throughout, marble bathrooms, fitted joinery and new flooring.
