What we build
One team for the whole build. We manage the structure, the trades, building control and the finishes, from the first day on site to handover.
House extensions
Single-storey, side-return and two-storey extensions, including the steelwork, glazing and finishes. One team manages the whole build, from the first site visit to handover.

Loft conversions
Every type of loft, from roof-light conversions to dormers, hip-to-gable and mansard lofts, with the stairs, steel and bathrooms finished to the same standard as the rest of the house.

Full renovations
Houses stripped back to the structure and rebuilt inside: new wiring, plumbing, layout, staircases and finishes. One team runs the whole job, so the trades, the order of work and the finish are all managed in one place.

Structural alterations
Knock-throughs, new openings, piling and steel beams, coordinated with your engineer, party wall surveyor and building control. Because the same team carries out the structural work and the finishes, each opening is planned around how the finished room will look.

New builds
We build new houses from the ground up: demolition of the existing property, groundworks and basements, the structural frame, brickwork and roof. We can hand over a weathertight shell to your own fit-out team, or carry the build through to completion.

We also take care of the systems that go into the house: air source heat pumps, air conditioning, ventilation, underfloor heating and smart home controls. As part of a build, or on their own.
