Can you take over a project another builder started?
Yes. We have taken over projects after problems with a previous contractor. The first step is a careful look at what has been done, so anything that needs correcting is put right before the rest of the work goes ahead.
Do we need to move out during a full renovation?
For a full strip-out, usually yes. It is safer and faster, and it lets us work through the house in the right order. For smaller renovations it can sometimes be done in stages.
Do you work with interior designers?
Yes. We work with architects, designers and the client’s own suppliers, and we can also recommend specialists we use regularly.
