The Close
The project
We demolished the existing house, cleared the site and carried out a large reduced-level dig to form the lower ground floor.
From there we built the reinforced concrete foundations and substructure, the structural steel frame, the brickwork and the roof, including the structure for an indoor swimming pool. The interior fit-out was carried out by others.
